The Big Mitt and it’s sequel, Ill-Fame are historical novels centered around a jaded police detective named Harm Queen, who navigates through 1901 Minneapolis to find the murderer of a young prostitute.

Dirty Doc Ames and the Scandal That Shook Minneapolis is a non-fiction book published by the Minnesota Historical Society Press in 2018 that documents the life, times, trials and tribulations of Minnesota’s most colorful and corrupt politician.
